Interface only

Gater is a software interface. It does not take custody of assets, execute trades on your behalf, or act as a broker, exchange or issuer.

Third-party assets

Tokenized stocks shown in Gater are issued by third parties under their own terms. Backing, redemption, corporate actions and eligibility are governed by the issuer. Some assets are restricted in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Risk

On-chain trading involves risk, including price movement, low liquidity, smart-contract risk and irreversible transactions. Token prices may differ from the underlying share price. Nothing in Gater is investment, legal or tax advice.

No warranty

The interface is provided as is. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, in which case the related feature is disabled.
